Disclosure: This review is published by Viking IPTV, which sells its own IPTV service. Viking IPTV and HoxyTV share common ownership. It is based on HoxyTV’s website pages checked on October 11, 2026 and does not include streaming tests.
This HoxyTV review covers four plans, from $14.95 for 1 month to $59.95 for 12 months. It also covers a big channel claim and a few catches in the fine print. Every plan lists one active connection, and we did not find a free trial on the pages we checked.
Game day is no time to find out what a service leaves out. So we went through the plans, refund terms, devices and sign-up steps for you. We also compare it with Viking IPTV along the way.
What is HoxyTV?

HoxyTV is an IPTV subscription service. Its official website describes live TV plus a VOD library, all streamed over the internet.
It targets viewers in the USA, Canada, Europe and MENA, with tailored packages for those regions. Its channel selection spans the USA, UK, Canada, Europe and Asia.
This review rests on the website alone. We checked the site on 2026-10-11 and did not run a streaming test, so everything here is a claim from the site.
Quick tip: read any IPTV site’s own claims as promises, not proof, until you have tried the service on your own Wi-Fi.
What does HoxyTV offer?
HoxyTV’s website claims 25,000+ live TV channels and 100,000+ VOD selections, with the VOD library updated daily. It labels its video quality as 4K, HD, Full HD, FHD and 4K Ultra HD.
- Devices: Smart TVs, Android, iOS, Firestick, Android boxes, MAG devices and PC.
- App named: IPTV Smarters.
- Guide: the site describes an intuitive Electronic Program Guide. A catch-up feature is not listed on its website.
- Support: Telegram, email and live chat.
The site also uses these phrases: anti-freeze load balancing, global CDN, instant channel switching, Server Stability 99% and no IP limitations. Those are its words, not ours.
Sports channels and pay-per-view are not listed on its website. If game-day channels matter most, ask support in writing which ones are included before you pay.
HoxyTV plans and prices

HoxyTV lists four plans, from 1 month to 12 months. Each one includes a single active connection. We checked these prices on 2026-10-11, so they may have changed since.
| Plan label | Duration | Price (USD) | Connections |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Subscription | 1 Month | $14.95 | One active connection |
| Basic Subscription | 3 Months | $29.95 | One active connection |
| Basic Subscription | 6 Months | $44.95 | One active connection |
| Basic Subscription | 12 Months | $59.95 | One active connection |
The labels don’t match across the site. The homepage calls the 1 Month plan “Membership” and the 12 Months plan “Premium Access.” The pricing page calls every plan “Basic Subscription.”
Plans with more than one connection are not listed on its website.
Quick tip: before paying, screenshot the pricing page so you have a record of the plan name and price you chose.
Does HoxyTV have a free trial, and what are its refund and payment terms?

We did not find a free trial on the pages we checked. Refunds exist, but only in a few cases.
A full or partial refund may apply if:
- the service is completely non-functional on a compatible device for 72+ consecutive hours because of a fault on the provider’s side;
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you ask within 7 days of first purchase, after support-led troubleshooting.
No refund applies if you dislike the channel list or content, your internet is slow or unstable, you break the Terms of Service, or geo-blocking is beyond its control. Renewal refunds are judged individually. For the 7-day route, contact support early and keep your messages.
Listed payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. The refund policy still shows unresolved placeholders such as {Payment Gateway Name}, {Payment Gateway 1} and {Payment Gateway 2}.
HoxyTV pros and cons
Pros
- Big channel and VOD claims
- Four plan lengths, from 1 to 12 months
- Major cards and PayPal accepted
- Several device types listed
- Three support channels
Cons
- Catch-up, a sports channel list and pay-per-view are not listed
- Only one app is named
- One connection on every listed plan
- Plan names are inconsistent, and the refund text looks unfinished
- Refund conditions are narrow
Is HoxyTV legal and safe?
It depends on how the content is licensed and on the law where you live. The site pages we checked do not state licensing details for its channels, so this review cannot confirm them.
For safety, pay with a method that offers buyer protection, such as a card or PayPal. Use a unique password you do not reuse elsewhere. Read the Terms of Service before you pay.
How do you sign up and set up HoxyTV?
You can set up HoxyTV in five general steps. Here is the usual path for most IPTV services.
- Pick a plan on the pricing page and save the page details.
- Pay with a listed method, then watch your email for account details. Delivery time is not listed on its website.
- Install a compatible app, such as IPTV Smarters, on your device.
- Enter the login details you receive. Let the channel list and guide load, then test a live channel on your own Wi-Fi before game day.
- If something fails, contact support through Telegram, email or live chat.

Quick tip: test the service a few days before a big kickoff, not five minutes before it starts.
How does HoxyTV compare with Viking IPTV?
The two services line up closely on price, but they differ on trial, refund and plan lengths. Here is a side-by-side view for one connection.
| Feature | HoxyTV | Viking IPTV |
|---|---|---|
| Plans | 1, 3, 6 and 12 months: $14.95, $29.95, $44.95, $59.95 | 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months: $14.95, $29.95, $39.95, $59.95, $99.95 |

| Refund | Conditional, with a 7-day request after support-led troubleshooting | 7 days |
| Devices | Smart TVs, Android, iOS, Firestick, Android boxes, MAG and PC | Firestick / Fire TV, Android TV / Google TV, Samsung and LG Smart TV, iPhone / iPad / Apple TV, Android phones, Windows / Mac and MAG box |
The 1-, 3- and 12-month prices match, and only the 6-month price differs.
Who should choose HoxyTV, and who should look elsewhere?
HoxyTV may suit budget-minded viewers who like a 12-month plan, want a big claimed library and are happy paying by card or PayPal. Look elsewhere if you want a free trial first, need several connections or catch-up, or want clear sports and pay-per-view details. Also skip it if you want a finished, clearly worded refund policy.
Quick tip: check the current site, then test on your own Wi-Fi before game day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you watch HoxyTV on more than one screen at once?
HoxyTV’s pricing page lists one active connection on every plan, so plan on one screen at a time. We did not find a multi-connection option on the pages we checked. If several people in your home watch at once, ask HoxyTV support before you pay.
Does HoxyTV list live sports channels or pay-per-view events?
We did not find a sports channel list or pay-per-view events on the pages we checked. HoxyTV claims 25,000+ live channels, but that is a general number. If specific games or fight nights matter to you, ask support for the exact channels first. Viking IPTV lists PPV and premium events as included.
How long does HoxyTV take to send your login details?
We did not find a delivery time on HoxyTV’s website. The usual path is to pay, then watch your email for account details. Check your spam folder if nothing shows up, then contact support by live chat, email or Telegram. For comparison, Viking IPTV sends login details by email within 5 to 15 minutes.
Can you use HoxyTV with an M3U playlist?
We did not find M3U playlists mentioned on the pages we checked. HoxyTV names IPTV Smarters as an app and lists several device types. A missing mention does not mean it is unsupported. Ask support before you pay whether your account works with a playlist in your preferred player.
What should you do if HoxyTV buffers during a game?
Start with the basics. Restart your router and the app, and move closer to your router or use a cable. HoxyTV’s refund terms say a slow or unstable connection is not refundable, so rule that out first. If it still stalls, contact support. No service can promise zero buffering.
Ready to Pick Your Plan?
HoxyTV looks simple on price. You get four plan lengths, one connection per plan, and card or PayPal payment. The gaps are the ones to check before you pay: no free trial found, no sports channel list, and a refund policy with narrow rules.
Before kickoff, save the plan details, read the refund terms and ask support your questions. Set it up once, and game day gets a lot easier.
If you would rather test a service on your own Wi-Fi first, we invite you to start the free 24-hour trial with Viking IPTV.
